Lynne Morgan is a very experienced and much respected Family practitioner, well known for her advocacy and expert knowledge. Lynne Morgan’s personality enables her to readily engage with parties in a calm and empathetic manner. Lynne was a former head of the Family team in Temple Chambers. Lynne has considerable expertise in complex cases, including care proceedings and where there is significant conflict between the parties.

Lynne Morgan regularly sits as a Family Recorder. Lynne Morgan gave the judgment in the care and adoption proceedings in Re: G (a Child) [2014] EWCA Civ 432, in which the Court of Appeal described her judgement as “a model of clarity” (per McFarlane LJ). Lynne brings these same qualities to her practice at the Bar.
