Housing lawPendragon Chambers’ Housing Team covers all areas of law regarding housing, including landlord and tenant issues, possession proceedings and homelessness. The Housing team has a number of years of experience of Local Authority, Housing Association and private tenancies. Chambers’ Housing Team has a wealth of experience in English and Welsh housing issues.

Our Barristers act for Local Authorities, private landlords, Housing Associations and tenants alike and offer a professional and friendly service to all. Members undertake both privately and publicly funded work and appear regularly in a wide range of tribunals from the Magistrates’ Court to the High Court throughout Wales, the Midlands and South-West of England.

Chambers’ Housing Team frequently advise on merits of cases involving appeals against homelessness decisions and claims for disrepair whether funded privately or publically under CLA work.
