Rebecca joined Pendragon Chambers in February 1997 and is one of its earliest members.
Having practised almost exclusively in Family Law since she came to the Bar, she has now developed a busy specialist Family Law practice and has undertaken a large variety of Public and Private Law children cases in the High Court and County Court.
She has represented parents, grandparents, Guardians and the local authority and has dealt with cases involving allegations of organised child sexual abuse, serious injury including non-accidental head injury and domestic violence. She has recent experience of Human Rights Act applications within the context of care work.
Rebecca receives instructions in a wide range of ancillary relief cases involving businesses, pensions and the disposal of assets.
Other areas of her Family Law practice include inheritance claims within a family law context and domestic violence cases.
She is a member of the Family Law Bar Association and the Swansea Family Law Forum.

VAT details are available upon request and are provided on our initial acknowledgement letter which is generated upon receipt of your Brief or instruction to Counsel. It is also provided upon our fee note to our client.
